<p>The invention relates to methods and technical means for heating and delivering current-conducting liquids and can be used in power engineering, in apparatuses intended for pumping and delivering current-conducting liquids in heating and hot water supply systems. The proposed method for heating and delivering current-conducting liquids is carried out in an installation with the aid of a hermetically sealed electrode heating chamber and comprises passing an alternating electric current between the electrodes so as to heat the liquid to boiling, ejecting the heated liquid via a nonreturn outlet valve under the action of the steam pressure, condensing the steam so as to form a vacuum in the chamber and filling the latter via a nonreturn inlet valve under the action of the above-mentioned vacuum. The passing of the electric current through the liquid is discontinued in the ejection process and resumed in the process of filling the chamber upon passing a specified level in the working cavity of the chamber, which level is arranged at a specified height relative to the base, and a reverse heat exchange is produced in the chamber, said heat exchange being carried out by the base being supplied with a quantity of heat sufficient for maintaining the temperature of the liquid at a point not lower than the boiling point thereof.</p> |
