<p>Provided is a settlement system which can perform repeated settlement processing at a predetermined period by way of only a single process, and which can promote credit card settlement of rent for a real estate leasehold property. To this end, rent information transmitted to a host computer (12) from a CAT terminal (14) is stored in an iterative settlement database (36) so that, with the prerequisite of being within the warranty period which is stored in a warranty period database (38), a sales report message, regarding rent, that is stored in the iterative settlement database (36) is transmitted to settlement request assessment means (20).</p> |
