Disclosed are a method, device and system for group paging, which relate to the field of communications, so as to ensure that a UE can not only monitor single paging but also monitor group paging in the same monitoring occasion. The paging method of the present invention comprises: network side equipment, according to a group identifier and a group paging feature parameter, determining a group paging occasion of a to-be-paged group, and sending a group paging message to a UE comprised in the to-be-paged group in the group paging occasion; according to the identifier of the UE, the group identifier, and the group paging feature parameter, determining a single paging occasion, and sending a single paging message to the UE in the single paging occasion; a user equipment, according to the group identifier of the group of the UE, the group paging feature parameter, and the identifier of the UE, determining a monitoring occasion of monitoring the paging message, and when a paging message is monitored in the monitoring occasion and it is determined that the paging message comprises the identifier of the UE or the group identifier of the group of the UE, responding to the paging message. The embodiments of the present invention are mainly used in a group paging process.
