<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diode limiter device that has satisfactory characteristics by using diode groups of antiparallel diode pairs variable in overall equivalent capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The diode limiter device includes, by way of example, transmission lines connected between an input terminal into which a high frequency radar signal is input and an output terminal connected with a load, and a plurality of multiple row, multiple column diode groups connected between the transmission lines and a ground and comprising antiparallel diode pairs connected in a column direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
