<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heating auxiliary member which can be used repeatedly. <P>SOLUTION: A heating auxiliary member 1 includes a first heating body 4 and a second heating body 5 containing a conductive material layer capable of dielectric heating under radiation of microwaves, a first support portion 2 in which the first heating body 4 is stacked, and a second support portion 3 in which the second heating body 5 is stacked. The first support portion 2 and the second support portion 3 are so connected as to allow the first heating body 4 to be arranged to face the second heating body 5, such that an object F placed on the first heating body 4 can contact to the second heating body 5. A plurality of concavo-convex section are formed on the surface of at least one of the first heating body 4 and the second heating body 5.
