<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To request print execution after confirming a preview image on a cloud computing system capable of printing the text or attached file of electronic mail by transmitting the electronic mail to an electronic mail address corresponding to a printer. <P>SOLUTION: A print control server includes print request receiving means which receives electronic mail as a print request, guiding means which transmits identification information related to the print request to a transmission source of the print request by electronic mail, data conversion means which generates preview data and print data on the basis of the text or attached file of the print request, print control request receiving means which acquires a preview request based on the identification information from the transmission source of the print request and receives a print execution request from the transmission source of the print request via a print control page on which a preview image based on the preview data is laid out, and print data transmission means which transmits the print data to a printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
