PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensing device for a touch panel having an anti-static function.

SOLUTION: A sensing device for a touch panel includes: a substrate; plural sensing electrodes mounted on the substrate; plural anti-static electrodes mounted on the substrate; plural first bridge connection parts mounted on the substrate; and a protection layer placed between the plural sensing electrodes and the plural first bridge connection parts and placed between the plural anti-static electrodes and the plural first bridge connection parts. The protection layer has plural contact holes. At least one of the sensing electrodes is electrically connected to the anti-static electrodes through the plural contact holes and the plural first bridge connection parts.
