<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate improved in on-press development and superior in printing durability, and to provide a lithographic printing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A lithographic printing plate precursor includes an image recording layer containing a binder, a radical polymerizable compound and a radical polymerization initiator on a support. The binder includes multifunctional thiol having 6 to 10 functional groups as nuclei and polymer chains connected to the nuclei through a sulfide bond.
