<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head manufacturing method that is capable of obtaining a liquid ejection head having a flow path formed with high accuracy at a high yield. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head manufacturing method has: a step of providing a substrate with a solid member 6 for use in a flow path wall member to surround a region 11a being the flow path; a step of forming a mold 7 consisting of metal or its compound in the region 11a; a step of arranging a coating layer 8 consisting of resin to coat the solid member 6 and the mold 7; and a step of removing the mold 7 and forming the flow path 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
