MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD, SIP SERVER, AND MOBILE STATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the ON/OFF control of a "SigComp" (a signalling compression) function in user equipment (UE) under roaming.

SOLUTION: A mobile communication method related to the present invention includes: a step (step S1001) for allowing UE (a mobile station) to transmit a "REGISTRER" in a compression state to a P-CSCF (proxy call session control function (a SIP (session initiation protocol) server)); a step (step S1002) for allowing the P-CSCF to transmit an error signal (e.g. a SIP signal "401") including setting information indicating the necessity of compression processing to the UE in accordance with the "REGISTRER" in a compression state; a step (step S1003) for allowing the UE to transmit all the SIP signals including a registration signal "REGISTRER" in a non-compression state to the P-CSCF when the setting information indicates the unnecessity of the compression processing; and a step (step S1004) for allowing the UE to start registration processing to an IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) in accordance with the "REGISTRER" in the non-compression state.
