<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time for acquiring spectral information on an object sample at an effective level. <P>SOLUTION: A type of an object sample is selected from type candidates of a plurality of predetermined samples. In addition, an output level of a pixel 111-6 based on light from the object sample, which is made incident on the pixel 111-6, is measured. In addition, a level adjustment parameter which is associated with a type of the object sample is selected from among a plurality of candidates of a level adjustment parameter for adjusting output levels of pixels 111-1 to 111-5. In addition, level adjustment amounts of the pixels 111-1 to 111-5 are calculated from the selected level adjustment parameter and the output level of the pixel 111-6. In addition, when the output level corresponding to the light from the object sample which is made incident on the pixels 111-1 to 111-5 is measured, the output level is adjusted by using the calculated level adjustment amounts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
