<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system for a multiple dwelling house, which performs pop-up display of life information only in a life time zone of a dwelling unit resident. <P>SOLUTION: The intercom system for a multiple dwelling house includes a life information distribution unit 21a for storing life information received through a network 20 and distributing it to a dwelling unit intercom 11, and the dwelling unit intercom 11 includes a mode operation unit 11h for receiving the operation of turning the pop-up display of the life information to a permission or inhibition mode.
