<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating piece with a small size having high impact resistance, and further to provide a piezoelectric device using the vibrating piece and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal vibrating piece 20 includes: a base 21; and a pair of vibration arms 22 that folk from one end side of the base 21 and extend in parallel with each other. On the base 21, a pair of incisions 41A and 41B are formed along one straight line in an opposing direction so as to cause constricted shapes to appear on both principal planes thereof. A pair of supporting arms 30 that individually extend in opposite directions to each other from two end sides of the base 21 in a direction intersecting with a direction, in which the pair of vibration arms 22 of the base 21 extends, and are subsequently bent at bending sections 31 so as to extend in parallel with the pair of vibration arms 22 are disposed. On leading end sides of the supporting arms 30, receiving sections 35 that are disposed outside amplitude ranges of normal vibration of the pair of vibration arms 22 adjacent to the receiving sections 35 and are arranged at positions, with which the pair of vibration arms 22 are brought into contact when displacement of the pair of vibration arms 22 adjacent thereto exceeding the amplitude ranges of the normal vibration thereof occurs, are disposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
