<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated electronic component capable of improving mechanical strength as well as reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated electronic component has a laminate formed by alternately laminating an internal electrode layer 2 and a dielectric layer 3. The internal electrode layer 3 has a discontinuous part 3a. At an interface of the dielectric layer 2 and the internal electrode layer 3, needle-like segregations 2a, 2a1 and 2a2 which contain Mg and Cr as main components. The needle-like segregations 2a, 2a1 and 2a2, are disposed along the internal electrode layer 3 so as to block a discontinuous part 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
