<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer capable of preventing degradation of detergency for a reaction vessel. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic analyzer comprises: a first supply pump 60 for supplying a first cleaning fluid for washing the inside of a reaction vessel 3; a first cleaning nozzle 72 for jetting the first cleaning fluid supplied by the first supply pump 60; a support 76 for supporting the first cleaning nozzle 72 rotatable around a rotational axis in a shaft direction; and a driving mechanism 90 for moving the support 76 downward for allowing the first cleaning nozzle 72 to enter the reaction vessel 3.
