<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection material manufacturing device, an injection material manufacturing method and an injection material injection method, for manufacturing a silica injection material of an optimum composition corresponding to the situation of ground and the environment of peripheral ground and injecting the injection material into the ground in parallel with the manufacturing of the injection material. <P>SOLUTION: An injection material manufacturing device includes: a mixing tank 1 for mixing a plurality of raw material liquid; a plurality of liquid supply pumps S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">4</SB>,...S<SB POS="POST">n</SB>for individually supplying the raw material liquid into the mixing tank 1; and a plurality of drive units 9 for individually driving the liquid supply pumps S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">4</SB>,...S<SB POS="POST">n</SB>. One unit is constituted of one each of the liquid supply pumps S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">4</SB>,...S<SB POS="POST">n</SB>and the drive units 9, and the plurality of units are provided. A controller 15 for controlling the plurality of units altogether or individually is provided. The liquid supply pumps S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">4</SB>,...S<SB POS="POST">n</SB>respectively include a cylinder 8a and a piston 8b for sucking and discharging the raw material liquid.
