<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material which can suppress the vaporization of a crosslinking agent and can suppress the deterioration in crosslinking performance of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing the crosslinking agent even when packaging an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer composition containing the crosslinking agent and maintaining and circulating the composition over a long period, and to provide a packaged body which is packaged by the packaging material. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging material 3 packages the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer composition 1 containing the crosslinking agent, wherein the oxygen permeability of the packaging material 3 is 30 ml/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/day/MPa or less.
