<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow various kinds of major muscle training suitable for a muscle part by one low-cost and simple implement in stead of various kinds of large-size and costly machines or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In a muscle exercise implement, a telescopic left arm and right arm are extended from both the ends of a strong coil spring inside a safe cover pad, and both the ends thereof are provided with handles. By the muscle exercise implement, about 23 kinds of exercises of 7 parts of the upper part of a body can be performed.
