<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of performing works such as mowing and loading with simpler motions for an attachment to be attached to the distal end of a hydraulic shovel capable of performing the works as mowing and loading of grass, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The grass mower includes: a base part supported to an arm of the hydraulic shovel; a swing part which can swing in the lateral direction relative to the base part; a wrist swing part which is rotatable in the limited range of angle to the swing part; a working implement disposed in the wrist swing part; a trimmer for mowing grass, etc. disposed in the working implement; and a grip disposed above the trimmer for holding the grass, etc. with the motion in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the trimmer.
