<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device for a wheel capable of reducing cost, by miniaturizing a forging shape, by constituting an outer ring member of two parts. <P>SOLUTION: Balls 50 and 51 of an inner side row and an outer side row are rollably arranged between inner ring raceway surfaces 20 and 25 on the inner side and the outer side of a hub shaft 15 and outer ring raceway surfaces 33 and 34 on the inner side and the outer side of the outer ring member 30. Assuming a pitch circle diameter of the ball 50 of the inner side row as D1, and a pitch circle diameter of the ball 51 of the outer side row as D2, they are set so as to become the relationship of "D1<D2". The outer ring member 30 is constituted by being integrally joined by mutually pressing-in and fixing the two parts of a first outer ring body 31 forming the outer ring raceway surface 34 on the outer side and a second outer ring body 32 forming the outer ring raceway surface 33 on the inner side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
