<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive earphone, capable of achieving dense sound with reality, which has been obtained only by a horn-type earphone, and capable of reproducing a live sound source with fidelity. <P>SOLUTION: An earphone 1, which is a dynamic earphone, includes: a first housing 3 having an opening 2; a second housing 4 to which the first housing 1 is attached; a driver unit 6 disposed in an internal space 5 formed by the first housing 3 and the second housing 4; and a pressure cover 7 attached to the front face portion of the driver unit 6. A plurality of holes 8a and 8b are formed on the pressure cover 7 in a penetrating manner.
