<p>The invention provides a chair-type massage machine with a simple structure, the weight of which can be reduced and which advances and retracts a footrest easily. This chair-type massage machine (1) is characterized in being provided with: a seat (2) whereon the user (U) sits; a footrest (5), which is equipped therein with a lower leg massage mechanism that massages the lower legs of the user (U) who is seated on the seat (2) and which is configured so as to be movable from a storage position of being stored in the lower part of the seat (2) to a use position that is extended in front of the seat (2); and a movement mechanism (11) that automatically moves the footrest (5) from the storage position to a neutral position provided between the storage position and the use position, and allows movement from the neutral position to the use position by means of manual operation by the user (U).</p> |
