The system has two radio devices (A', A'') designed for communication on short distances e.g. upto 200m, and provided for transferring information and/or voices, and a visually-detected signal element (B) that is designed as an ear ring or hair pin. One of the radio devices comprises selection elements i.e. selection buttons, for selecting a parameter defined at the radio device, where the communication takes place when a signal e.g. amplitude, frequency and/or form-modulated signal, provided by the radio device is considered as relevant from the other radio device. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a system.
