摘要 <p>The electrical device comprises a circuit board, which is equipped with heat-generating components, where the circuit board is arranged in a housing of the device. The housing comprises a cup-shaped housing portion. The circuit board is screw-connected with a cooling plate (1) to form a plug-in unit such as a cassette, where the plug-in unit is inserted into an inner space of the housing portion surrounded by the housing portion and is screw-connected with the housing portion. The electrical device is arranged on the same circuit board. The electrical device comprises a circuit board, which is equipped with heat-generating components, where the circuit board is arranged in a housing of the device. The housing comprises a cup-shaped housing portion. The circuit board is screw-connected with a cooling plate (1) to form a plug-in unit such as a cassette, where the plug-in unit is inserted into an inner space of the housing portion surrounded by the housing portion and is screw-connected with the housing portion. The electrical device is arranged on the same circuit board, pulse width modulated control signals generating signal electronics and power electronics, which comprises a power semiconductor switch in a power module (5) that is fed to the pulse width modulated control signal. The cooling plate is pressed by a wedge against an inner wall of the housing portion during a detachable connection of the plug-in unit with the housing portion in such a way that the heat is discharged at the housing portion of the power semiconductor switch exhibiting the power module at a contacting surface. The wedge is supported at a portion of the housing part protruding in an inner space range surrounded by the housing portion of the device. The portion is a fastening dome. A screw is screwed into a threaded bore such that when screwing a screw head suppresses the wedge, where the screw has a screw-axis direction at an angle of 0-90[deg] on its surface, and the wedge has a pressing force directed to the cooling plate. The portion comprises a guide for the wedge, where the guide comprises a guiding groove, which is parallelly aligned to the screw- axis direction. The wedge comprises a recess such as a round hole or a round bore, by which the screw protrudes. A ground connection between the circuit board and the cooling plate is executed by the screw, which connects the circuit board and the cooling plate, where an additional screw connects the circuit board and the cooling plate. The power module is interposed and thus determines a distance between the circuit board and the cooling plate. A plastic body partially encloses the circuit board, is firmly and/or positively connected with the circuit board and/or is arranged on both sides of the circuit board. The plastic body is assembled from two subfields that are positively connected to each other, where a positive connection is a catch (2), or the plastic body is manufactured as overmolding or as plastic cast part. The circuit board comprises a water-vapor-resistant lacquer and/or a water-repellent lacquer at its surface. The plastic: is executed as polystyrene or a polyurethane foam; and/or comprises a specific heat conductivity as air, where the plastic body is made of an electrical isolating material. The signal electronics and the power electronics of the convertor are arranged on the circuit board. The cooling plate is spaced apart from the circuit board by the power module, where the circuit board and the cooling plate are screw-connected. The cooling plate of the plastic body is externally arranged, where the power module is protruded by the recess of the plastic body, which comprises recesses for large components (3) equipped on the circuit board. The plastic body such as second subfields comprises an additional recess, which is an air connection between the heat and a surface portion range of the cooling plate producing the component equipped on the circuit board to a convective derivation of heat by the air connection at the cooling plate. A first side of the circuit board or a part area completely covers the side, is provided from the first subfield, and the other side of the circuit board partially covers the second subfield, where the second subfield is formed in a ring-shaped manner. The housing portion is closed from a cover part, where the contacting surface to the heat introduction of the cooling plate to the housing is arranged at the inner wall of the cup-shaped housing portion. A cable lead-through is arranged between the cover part and the housing portion for supply conduits, a consumers feeding line and data bus lines. An independent claim is included for a method for producing an electric device.</p>
