<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC program creation apparatus capable of easily creating an NC program optimized for an NC machine tool without requiring learning of high skills in the creation of the NC program. <P>SOLUTION: An NC program creation apparatus is provided which creates an NC program to be outputted to an NC machine tool from shape data created by a CAD device. The NC program creation apparatus includes processing information storage means which stores processing information including processing procedures, a processing method, a tool to be used, a tool shape and processing conditions corresponding to the shape data, format file storage means which stores a format file obtained by formatting the NC program, other than an operation for creating a processing route of the tool from the shape data and an approach operation of the tool to an object to be processed, in accordance with the number of processing machine shafts of the NC machine tool, processing route creation means which creates the processing route on the basis of the shape data and the processing information, and format file read means which reads out the predetermined format file of the processing route to create the NC program. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
