<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overheat of a bidirectional DC-DC converter 100 connecting between a high-voltage battery 200 and an electric motor 40 of an electromagnetic suspension device. <P>SOLUTION: A primary switching circuit 110 and a secondary switching circuit 120 of a DC-DC converter 100 includes a switching element pair SP with two switching elements S connected in parallel at each of portions for performing switching.
