<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffraction type condensing sheet, even if it is a diffraction type condensing sheet with minute diffraction grating, dispensing with occurrences of deformation and damage by an external stress, having a superior minute shape characteristic, and being unlikely of being damaged. <P>SOLUTION: The diffraction type condensing sheet includes a transparent sheet, and the diffraction grating formed of an activation energy ray-curable resin composition. When the activation energy ray-curable resin composition pushes a Vickers indenter by a load of 30 mN for 10 seconds on a curing film of the activation energy ray-curable resin composition, the maximum pushing depth of the resin composition into the curing film is 4.0 μm or less and the final pushing depth is 1.2 μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
