<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure insulation properties between nuts and a heat sink by preventing misalignment of each member. <P>SOLUTION: In a terminal block, conductors extending from an apparatus are overlapped and fastened with bolts. The terminal block includes nuts 10 respectively allowing the conductors to be placed thereon; a heat sink 40 disposed below the nuts; an insulation plate 20 held by the nuts 10 and the heat sink 40 from both upper and lower sides so as to closely contact with the nuts 10 and the heat sink 40; and a molded resin part 60 covering the three members 10, 20, 40. Nut housing parts 21, each of which houses the nut 10, and bolt releasing recessed parts 26, protruding downward from a bottom plate 22 of the insulation plate 20, are provided in the insulation plate 20. Housing recessed parts 43, each of which allows the bolt releasing recessed part 26 to fit thereinto, are provided in the heat sink 40. The molded resin part 60 is molded with the nuts 10 housed in the nut housing parts 21 and the bolt releasing recessed parts 26 fitted into the housing recessed parts 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
