<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful method for manufacturing an oriented electromagnetic steel plate that solves the problem of iron loss without requiring any special facilities or processes. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing an oriented electromagnetic steel plate using a steel material containing 0.01-0.08 mass% C, 2.0-8.0 mass% Si, and 0.005-1.0 mass% Mn, the electromagnetic steel plate is subjected, after being subjected to finish annealing at a highest achieved temperature of ≥1,100°C, to additional annealing at a soaking temperature of 950 to 1,200°C for a soaking time of three hours or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
