<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing silane crosslinking resin molding of high heat resistance that performs silane crosslinking with one process while suppressing the crosslinking inhibition, and to provide a molding of excellent appearance using the method. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing silane crosslinking resin molding, a mixture of carrier resin component (B1) containing organic unsaturated silane compound (B-11) with a specified structure and organic peroxide (B-12), a mixture of carrier resin component (C) containing a silanol condensation catalyst, a mixture of carrier resin component (D) containing an antioxidant are melted, mixed, and made to react with each other at the melting temperature of the carrier resin component (B) or higher, and then are brought into contact with moisture to undergo crosslinking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
