<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection cover for grinding more efficiently sucking dust, and a power tool provided with the dust collection cover for grinding. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a dust collection cover 10 for grinding including a ring-like peripheral wall 21 disposed around a grinding blade 9 with one end facing a surface to be worked opened; an end wall 22 located at the other end of the peripheral wall 21 and demarcating a housing space 20a together with the peripheral wall 21; a fan 30 making the inside pressure of the housing space 20a negative in relation to the atmosphere; and a sealing part 42 attached to the opening of the peripheral wall 21 and cutting off the inside and the outside of the housing space 20, and the power tool 1. In the sealing part 42, a communication path 43a making the inside communicate with the outside of the containing space 20a is formed. The communication path 43 is formed in a section orthogonal to the rotary shaft of the grinding blade 9 with the path direction formed in the direction crossing the radial direction having the rotary shaft as a starting point and directed toward the rotary shaft along the rotary direction of the grinding blade 9, and with the outside of the sealing part 42 invisible in an arrow view from the rotary shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
