<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polycyclic condensed ring polymer having a structure that is capable of exhibiting high charge-transporting performance and has exceptional solvent-solubility. The present invention provides a polycyclic condensed ring polymer having the structural unit represented by formula (1).
