PURPOSE: A leveling device for a road name board hanger is provided to easily manufacture with a simple structure at low costs and to prevent a horizontal pipe from being drooping by vibration. CONSTITUTION: A leveling device for a road name board hanger comprises a rotation unit(100), an angle regulation unit(200), and a fixing unit(300). The rotation unit is composed of a standard hole(110), an installation hole(120), and a standard bolt(130). The standard hole is formed in the front central part of a side plate of a holder. The installation hole faces to the standard hole of the holder and is formed in a lateral surface of a crossbar pipe. The standard bolt is fixed by penetrating the standard hole and the installation hole. The angle regulation unit is composed of a fixing nut(210), a vertical hole, and a horizontality control bolt(230). The fixing nut is installed in the inner lower part of a portion adjacent to a post(30) of a lateral plate of the holder. The vertical hole is perpendicularly formed in the top and bottom surfaces of the cross bar pipe. The horizontality control bolt is coupled to the fixing nut after penetrating the vertical hole. The fixing unit is composed of a vertical slot hole(310), a horizontal slot hole(320), and a fixing bolt(330). The vertical slot hole is formed in a rear portion adjacent to the post of the lateral plate of the holder. The horizontal slot hole is formed orthogonal to the vertical slot hole in a lateral side of the crossbar pipe. The fixing bolt is formed to be penetrated in the vertical and horizontal slot holes and fixed to the lateral plate of the holder.
