<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device which can be used without the least risk about breaking a tip and applied for texture roughing operation, without changing the type of the device, even to a plurality of different kinds of inside diameter sizes of reinforcing bar insertion holes which are cut open in a concrete flooring, as well as a construction method using the cutting device. <P>SOLUTION: This cutting device includes a bit (2) with the tip (3) arranged at the apex, a shaft part (SH) connected with the underground side end part of a rod (Rd), and a flat plate member (1) fixedly attached to the shaft part (SH). The bit (2) is positioned inside in the radial direction (reduced diameter state) when the rod (Rd) is not rotating, and turns centering around a rotary shaft (4) to arrange the end part where the tip (3) to be positioned outside in the radial direction when the rod (Rd) is rotating at more than a preset number of rotation (e.g., 300 rpm). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
