摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tin oxide particles having high conductivity when being formed as a film, or high transparency to visible light. <P>SOLUTION: This tin oxide particle has a structure showing a peak respectively at least at 37&plusmn;9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 57&plusmn;9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 97&plusmn;9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 142&plusmn;9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 205&plusmn;9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 255&plusmn;9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>in Raman spectrum measurement. The tin oxide particle preferably has an infrared transmittance of &le;80% at the wavelength of 1,500 nm.
