<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tin oxide particles having high conductivity when being formed as a film, or high transparency to visible light. <P>SOLUTION: This tin oxide particle has a structure showing a peak respectively at least at 37±9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 57±9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 97±9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 142±9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 205±9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 255±9 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>in Raman spectrum measurement. The tin oxide particle preferably has an infrared transmittance of ≤80% at the wavelength of 1,500 nm. Also, the tin oxide particle preferably has conductivity, and further preferably contains substantially no dopant element that expresses conductivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
