<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain airbag device the development period of which is shortened to reduce the manufacturing cost as a result by carrying out vertical inflation initially right after the inflation is started and carrying out cross inflation while carrying out the vertical inflation on the way. <P>SOLUTION: In the curtain airbag device, a gas flow-in port 6 into which a gas G from a gas generation device flows and a conduit part 7 for introducing the gas G flowing in from the gas flow-in port 6 to the front and back FR, RR of a bag body 2 are formed in the upper end part of the bag body 2, and in the front and back end parts of the bag body 2, guide parts 9, 12 partitioned so as to guide the gas G introduced by the conduit part 7 to the lower part side LWR of the bag body 2 are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
