<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost transmission power control circuit which achieves low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission power control circuit comprising gain adjusting means (a PIN diode 6) for attenuating an input signal inputted thereto and amplifying means (an amplifier 7) for amplifying an output signal from the gain adjusting means is characterized in that an attenuation amount of the gain adjusting means is controlled in accordance with a drain current supplied to a drain bias supply terminal (a drain bias supply terminal 4) of the amplifying means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
