<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article shape inspection device capable of easily specifying a portion of an inspection object having an error with deviation from a designed shape larger than a tolerance directly on the inspection object. <P>SOLUTION: An article shape inspection device comprises: a base arranged on a plane with an X-Y coordinate; sensor units 3a and 3b to measure dimensions of an inspection object placed on the base; a processing device 10 to specify a portion where an error between an actual value of a shape of the inspection object measured by the sensor units 3a and 3b and a predetermined design value is larger than a tolerance; and a printing nozzle to mark the portion determined by the processing device 10 that the error is larger than the tolerance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
