<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrophoretic display element for preventing drawing of a sealing film into a space which is filled with a liquid containing charged particles; the electrophoretic display element manufactured by the manufacturing method of the electrophoretic display element; and an image display device having the electrophoretic display element. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the electrophoretic display element 10A includes a step of forming a partition wall 12 for partitioning a plurality of spaces on a substrate 11, a step of charging an electrophoretic liquid 13 into the plurality of spaces partitioned by the partition wall 12, and a step of pressing and bonding the substrate 11 and a substrate 15 so that a binder 14 formed on the substrate 15 is brought into contact with the substrate 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
