<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tires capable of improving low fuel consumption property, wet grip performance, abrasion resistance and weatherability in a well-balanced state, and a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition for tires in each tire member (particularly, the tread). <P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition for tires is obtained by a production method including a first base kneading step of kneading a rubber component and a silica, and a second base kneading step of kneading a kneaded product obtained by the first base kneading step, silica and rice oil, wherein the content of oleic acid in 100 mass% of the constituent fatty acids of the rice oil is ≥48 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
