<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of imaging a bright wide-angle compound-eye image which is less susceptible to MTF deterioration and excellent in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In the imaging apparatus including a lens array 1 which is disposed at a position opposed to an object and has a plurality of lens disposed in an array arrangement, and an imaging device 6 which is disposed on an image surface side of the lens array 1 and images a compound-eye image to be a collection of individual-eye images of the object respectively formed by the plurality of lens, the lens array 1 is projectedly curved with respect to an object side, and a triangular prism 7 having a recessedly curved surface opposed to the lens array 1 is disposed between the lens array 1 and the imaging element 6, thereby allowing optical axes of the individual lens of the lens array 1 to be perpendicular to a light receiving surface of the image element 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
