<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved adjustment turret for an optical sighting device. <P>SOLUTION: An adjustment turret can include a body, an adjustment shaft, a cap, and a lock pin. The body can include a cavity and a shaft hole. The adjustment shaft can engage with the shaft hole for relative rotation with the shaft hole. The cap can be connected to the adjustment shaft for rotation with the adjustment shaft with respect to the body, and can be movable between a first position and a second position in an axis direction with respect to the body and the adjustment shaft. The lock pin can be movable in the axis direction along with the cap, can be received in the cavity when the cap is in the first position so as to block relative rotation of the cap and the body, and can be detached from the cavity when the cap is at the second position so as to enable relative rotation of the cap and the body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
