Provided are an audio frame timing correction method and a wireless device with which it is possible to avoid unusual sounds or sound interruptions with a simple control and without increasing the scale of a circuit. A control unit (119) generates a reference clock of a process of audio coding/decoding such that the reference clock is accelerated and moved forward within an audio data sampling interval, with the remaining time becoming excess time. An audio codec unit (118) decodes demodulated data on the basis of the reference clock, and codes an audio signal on the basis of the reference clock. A demodulating unit (107) detects deviation in the wireless frame, and determines an adjustment timing whereat the symbol timing of the wireless frame is corrected, and the timing of the audio frame is corrected on the basis of the deviation and the excess time. When the adjustment time arrives, a control unit (119) synchronizes audio frame audio sampling timing with the wireless frame symbol timing. |
