OVERLOAD CONTROL METHOD AND SYSTEM OF RELAY SYSTEM

Disclosed is an overload control method of a relay system, comprising: upon receiving an RN offload message or an overload start message sent by a network side, a DeNB offloading, according to an offload policy configured in the DeNB, a user equipment (UE) accessing an RN. Also disclosed is an overload control system of a relay system for implementing the method, comprising an RN, a DeNB and a UE. The DeNB is used for, upon receiving an RN offload message sent by a network side, offloading, according to an offload policy configured in the DeNB, the UE accessing the RN. The present invention ensures that services of some UEs with high service priority or high user priority are not interrupted, and ensures to the maximum extent service continuity of UEs accessing through the RN. The present invention can be implemented without making great changes to an existing communication system, and ensures convenience in implementation of the technical solutions.
