摘要 <p>The present invention addresses the problem of providing a production method for a compound (A)-containing adhesive patch, said production method being capable of reducing the effect of lactic acid on the physical properties of an adhesive layer and of obtaining an adhesive patch containing 2-(4-ethyl-1-piperazinyl)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydro cycloocta[b]pyridine and with excellent physical properties of the adhesive layer. The production method for the adhesive patch is characterized by having: a step (a) in which is formed an adhesive layer which contains a 2-(4-ethyl-1-piperazinyl)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydrocycloocta[b]pyridine or a physiologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, an acrylic polymer, and an organic liquid component compatible with the acrylic polymer, and which does not contain lactic acid; and a step (b) in which lactic acid is caused to be included in the adhesive layer.</p>
