PURPOSE: A device for artificial surfing is provided to enable surfers to enjoy various kinds of surfing by generating various artificial waves in a swimming pool. CONSTITUTION: A device for artificial surfing comprises a water tank(500), a riding plate(100), a pump, and nozzles(410,420). The water tank stores water(10) required for artificial surfing. The riding plate is installed on the top of the water tank and allows the water to flow along the top surface of the riding plate. The riding plate has multiple drain holes(101) to drain water to the water tank. The pump is installed in the water tank and supplies water to the top surface of the riding plate. The nozzles jet the water supplied from the pump to the top surface of the riding plate.
