PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display front face plate capable of solving a problem of the conventional display front face plate using an antireflection film and further improving the function of a display device.

SOLUTION: The display front face plate includes: a transparent substrate, an antireflection film provided by applying coating liquid including an antireflection material to a viewer side of the transparent substrate; and a design layer that is provided on one surface of the transparent substrate to form a non-display area. The design layer is provided with a light transmission hole for an optical sensor. The light transmission hole for the optical sensor is a transmission hole for passing either of infrared light or visible light.
