<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion module comprising photoelectric conversion array elements each having an element side first electrode and an element side second electrode on the same surface as the incidence/exit part, where reliability of the photoelectric conversion array elements is ensured easily, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion module (26) comprises a circuit board (30) having a plurality of substrate side first electrodes (48) and substrate side second electrodes (46), and photoelectric conversion array elements mounted on the circuit board (30) and having, on a surface facing the mounting surface of the circuit board (30), a plurality of incidence/exit parts, element side first electrodes to be connected with the substrate side first electrodes (48) and element side second electrodes to be connected with the substrate side second electrodes (46). The circuit board (30) has, on the mounting surface, coupling parts (78) for coupling the substrate side first electrodes to each other, and one land (80) for the first electrode continuous to one of the substrate side first electrodes (48) or the coupling parts (78) and is brought into contact with one test probe for the first electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
