<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can prevent soiling on the rear end of a sheet when reversely conveying the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: When forming images on both sides of the sheet, the sheet with the image formed on one side thereof is reversed by a reversely-rotatable reversing roller, and conveyed to a reversal conveyance path where the sheet with the image formed on one side thereof is reversed and goes toward an image forming part. The sheet conveyed by the reversing roller is conveyed to the image forming part by a pair of reconveying rollers 17 disposed in the reversal conveyance path, constituted of a first reconveying roller 20 coming in contact with the image-formed side of the sheet and a second reconveying roller 21 coming in contact with the non-image-formed side of the sheet. When the sheet passes through the pair of reconveying rollers 17, the rear end of the sheet is pressurized by a conveyance guide 101 toward the second roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
