METHOD FOR PRODUCING ADHESION-PREVENTED UNVULCANIZED RUBBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing adhesion-prevented unvulcanized rubber in which an adhesion-preventive agent layer having strong adhesiveness is formed and which significantly reduces a problem of dust generation.

SOLUTION: The method for producing adhesion-prevented unvulcanized rubber is a production method including an adhesion-preventive agent layer forming step of performing the reaction of a metal alkoxide and water in the presence of a catalyst and forming an adhesion-preventive agent layer comprising a polycondensate of the metal alkoxide on the surface of unvulcanized rubber. The method further includes a preparation step of preparing a raw material of the adhesion-preventive agent including the metal alkoxide and the catalyst prior to the adhesion-preventive agent layer forming step, and the adhesion-preventive agent layer may be formed on the surface of the unvulcanized rubber by using the raw material of the adhesion-preventive agent. The adhesion-prevented unvulcanized rubber is obtained by the production method.
